Shadow Realm

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shadow Realm (“Service”), operated by Tales of Desire, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Shadow Realm is a subscription-based AI platform that allows users to interact with fictional characters from the Shadows of Seduction novels. All interactions are strictly fictional role-play within the story universe. The characters are not real people and have no existence outside the books.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18+.
4. User Accounts & Subscriptions
Accounts are for personal use only.
Different tiers (Free, Premium, Obsessed, Elite) offer different levels of access as described on the Pricing page.
Payments are processed through Authorize.net.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI prompts, system architecture, and character bibles are owned by Tales of Desire, Inc. Creators retain ownership of their uploaded books and characters but grant us a limited license to operate the Realm. User conversations are owned by the Platform for improvement purposes.
6. Revenue Share for Creators
Creators who launch their own Realm are governed by the separate Revenue Share Agreement (70% to Creator, 30% to Platform). All refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the Creator’s share as detailed in that agreement.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks
No refunds are permitted after the 20th of the calendar month. Any chargeback issued against a subscription will be deducted in full from the user’s or creator’s share, including processor fees.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not attempt to blur fiction and reality, harass characters, or use the Service for illegal purposes. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Creators may terminate their Realm agreement with 60 days notice as per the Revenue Share Agreement.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any emotional responses or dependency. This is entertainment only, not therapy or a real relationship.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
